HOW IT WORKS
Our 8-week health programme is built on the three pillars of health; Nutrition, Movement and Mental Wellbeing. All members get a personal health coach who will begin developing your personal goals.
We are revolutionising the way health and well-being should be done by joining the digital world. Through our new app you can talk to your coach in real time through message and video. Keeping your app relevant and up to date means your coach can access your data and notes making you accountable for your goals.
PILLAR ONE - NUTRITION
Having a grasp on what you are putting into your body will profoundly change your life. Nutrition is the foundation of our 8-week programme and we would say it’s the most important.
Understanding who you are and what you enjoy helps us create a plan catered to you. If you want to lose fat, tone up, improve your energy our approach is not to write a generic meal plan for you.
Instead, we help you calculate if you are getting the right amount of fats, protein and carbohydrates and calories each week. This is all tracked through our app keeping you accountable, no more guesswork. Our approach is 100% evidence based
If counting calories is not your thing our other option is you can track portions through our app.
PILLAR TWO - MOVEMENT
There are tremendous benefits from all types of exercise from running and weight training to swimming and yoga (even walking your dog!)
With your help, our job is to plan out your weekly exercise timetable. Breaking it down week by week we initiate a plan supporting you the whole way.
Our goal for you is to choose one activity that matters to you the most then start developing a daily habit of movement. Adding more activities when it’s suitable will slowly help you build lifelong habits lasting far beyond your next exercise programme!

PILLAR THREE - MENTAL WELLBEING
The environment we create for ourselves is as important as what we put into our bodies.
After the first few weeks, your nutrition and movement habits will start becoming a routine leaving you with time to improve your mental wellbeing.
More often than not, we struggle to identify what is affecting our mental wellbeing because we are already so engulfed by it.
Feeling overwhelmed, stressed out or disconnected are all signs that we are straining our mental wellbeing. We will give you ideas to help challenge yourself.
Some examples could be setting morning and night routines, practice yoga or meditation, practice forgiveness, walking in nature or a family day out.
